Language Arts
Due to the Social Studies Benchmark on Wednesday, May 17th, a few of our Wax Museum components due dates have changed. On Monday, we will be working on and completing our Bio Poem for Wax Museum. The students will complete them on their Google Docs account so they can print them out at home. Their Bio Poem will now be due on Friday, May 19th. We should be fine with the Tagxedo's due date.
A friendly reminder...Reading Log and Reading Project will be due Friday, May 19th. Both of these are a major.
Homework
This week, their homework will be to complete their Reading Log and Reading Project which is due on Friday, May 19th.
Social Studies
We will be having our EOY Social Studies benchmark this week on Wednesday. This test will cover material from the entire year. Students were given a study guide last Tuesday on May 9th. We will also begin a project next week that will be taken as a major grade. Students will choose a social studies unit taught from this school year to base their project on. Instructions will be given in class. The project will be done at school as well. Homework this week will be to study for the benchmark.
